• Customs declaration — Declare goods to customs and complete required documentation.
• Permit request & document preparation — Obtain permits and prepare documents for imports (e.g. IDs, TRN, invoices, bill of lading).
• Shipping and clearance — End-to-end support from international warehouse to delivery, with status tracking at every step.
• Manifest creation — For companies and couriers: pool packages by shipment, waybill, or date range and generate manifests in Excel or Asycuda XML format.
• Sourcing / credit card assisted purchasing — Help sourcing items internationally with detailed descriptions and product links.
